'Nutcracker' Performances Showcase North Shore Ballet Talents

SALEM, MA — Some of the North Shore's brightest ballet stars will come together for a special "Nutcracker" performance Saturday night at the Lynn Memorial Auditorium.

The Greater Salem Ballet Company event features dancers from Marblehead, Salem, Swampscott and Lynn with Swampscott's Giulianna Fazzolari starring in the role of Clara and Lynn's Audrey McAllister as Fritz.

The performances are set for Saturday at noon and 4 p.m. with tickets available here.

The show allows dance students from studios across the North Shore an opportunity to perform together locally in a professional large-scale quality ballet production while learning in a warm, encouraging and nurturing environment. The ballet includes dancers ranging from ages five to 17 as well as volunteer dancers and several professional dancers from The Boston Ballet.
