RESULTS: Vote to Repeal Massachusetts Casinos
State legislators passed a law allowing three casinos and a slots parlor in 2011. On Tuesday, it was voters turn to decide.

Massachusetts residents voted down a repeal of the state’s casino law Tuesday, according to Fox 25 News. The law, passed by state legislators in 2011, allows three casinos and a slots parlor in the state.

in Salem, voters went along with statewide voters, with 8,108 opposing the repeal and 4,909 supporting it.
A Wynn Resorts casino is slated for Everett, an MGM Resorts casino for Springfield and a Penn National Gaming slots parlor for Plainville.
