Road Rage Reported after Man Backs into Driveway

The following is an excerpt from the Salem Police Department's log:
Sunday, April 21
At 11:08 a.m. a two-car crash was reported on Bow Street. No injuries were reported.

At 12:38 p.m. a road rage incident was reported on Proctor Street. A caller reported that he was trying to back his car into his driveway and the vehicle behind him went around into the other travel lane to get around him. When the caller beeped the man the other car got out and started arguing with him. No assault was reported, however.
At 1:52 p.m. a past hit and run was reported on Palmer Street. A caller reported finding damage on her car that was not there before and said it appeared her car was side-swiped.

At 2:37 p.m. two visitors to the police station reported fraudulent use of their joint credit card. The card was apparently used in Georgia and over $1,000 was spent.
At 3:02 p.m. a shoplifter was reported at WalMart. The loss prevention manager reported that she had caught up with the suspect, who was a juvenile and recovered the merchandise.
At 4:47 p.m. a caller at the Village Tavern reported there were undesirables hanging outside and scaring away customers. The caller reported that the men appeared to be homeless. Both men were gone on the arrival of an officer.
