Salem-Based Harbor Sweets Opens Boat-Shaped Shoppe In Copley Place
The third retail location joins those in Beverly and Salem for the North Shore chocolate shoppe.
SALEM, MA — A sweet taste of the North Shore is coming to a unique, 40-foot-long boat-shaped shoppe in Copley Place with the opening of Salem-based Harbor Sweets' third retail location.
The artisan chocolate company's newest spot in Boston joins those in Beverly and Salem, with the new spot including a 34-foot antique mast with authentic sails rising into the atrium.
The shoppe will offer Harbor Sweets' full assortment of high-end, nautically themed chocolates, all handmade in its Salem factory. Shoppers can get Sweet Sloops — a sailboat-shaped almond buttercrunch toffee, with mainsail and jib of white chocolate, floating in rich dark chocolate, with a spindrift of crushed pecans — as well as a collection of Boston-themed gifts and a stocked self-serve candy wall.
