Salem Film Fest Program Reveal Set To Preview 2025 Event
The Program Reveal, including trailers, video messages from directors, a short film screening and Q&A, is set for Cinema Salem on March 2.
SALEM, MA — Salem Film Fest — the largest independent film festival in Massachusetts — will preview this year's event at its Program Reveal set for March 2 at Cinema Salem.
Founded in 2007, the 2025 Film Fest will run March 27 through 30 at venues across the Witch City,
including the Peabody Essex Museum, Cinema Salem, and the National Park Service Visitor Center.

The Reveal provides an exclusive preview for this year's event, featuring a showcase of film trailers and special video messages from selected filmmakers. The Reveal will run from 5:30 to 7:30 with doors open at 5.
Salem Film Fest will screen the film "Dukakis: Recipe for Democracy" that night. The short film will be followed by a Q&A with co-director Jeff Schmidt of Salem, co-director Erin Trahan of Marblehead, and composer Joel Roston of Belmont. All three have been involved with Salem Film Fest in various roles.

"The Program Reveal is a new tradition at Salem Film Fest, offering insight into the exceptional
documentaries that our audience can anticipate this year," SFF Director Joe Ferrari said.
A 5-ticket pack to the festival will be raffled off to a member of the audience. Five- and 10-ticket packs are available for purchase here.
Peabody Essex Museum is the Presenting Sponsor of SFF 2025.
Salem Film Fest presents features, shorts and special events to a loyal audience of thousands. The festival is run mostly by volunteers through a non-profit entity, Salem Community Arts Center, Inc.
