Salem Man Arrested For Machine Gun Possession
A federal grand jury indicted Kyle Morris on one count of possessing a machine gun.
SALEM, NH — A Salem man was indicted by a federal grand jury this week on one count of possession of a machine gun and arrested Thursday, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of New Hampshire.
On February 16, 2022, 22-year-old Kyle Morris had two machine guns, the indictment says, putting him in violation of federal law.
Morris' initial court appearance is set for Thursday afternoon.
