Salem Mayor Faces 3 Challengers

Three people had pulled papers to challenge Mayor Kim Driscoll as of last week.

SALEM, MA – Four people, including Mayor Kim Driscoll, have submitted papers for the mayor's race as of April 28.

Driscoll will be challenged by Joseph K. O'Neil, Carson J. Beote, and Paul C. Prevey. The last day for candidates to submit signature papers is July 25, so it's possible more people will throw their hat in the ring.

Driscoll was elected in 2005 and sworn in in 2006.
