Salem Next Free Book Swap Set For Community Life Center
SalemRecycles and the city are hosting the swap of donated books, CDs, DVDs, video games, records, puzzles, and greeting cards on Sept. 21.
SALEM, MA — The next Salem Free Book Swap — featuring donated books, CDs, DVDs, video games, records, puzzles and greeting cards — is set for Sept. 21 at the Community Life Center on Bridge Street.
The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. with those donating items asked to bring them from 4 to 7 p.m. on Sept. 20 or Sept. 21 from 9 a.m. to noon.
Donated items should be clean, dry and mildew-free. Magazines, VHS tapes and cassette tapes are not accepted.

Come drop off items or browse for some for yourself for free.
All leftover materials will be donated or recycled.

SalemRecycles will also be collecting used, dried Swiffer pads; razors, blades, cartridges, and their packaging; toothbrushes, toothpaste tubes, floss containers, and toothbrush packaging; deodorant containers & caps; and Brita dispensers, pitchers, bottles, filters, and packaging.
