Danielle Devin, 36, of Salem, was arrested on charges of drunken driving, driving without registration, driving without a license, and a state highway violation, last Tuesday around 1 p.m. after a car accident on Highland Avenue.

Michelle F. Pierni, 55, of Salem, was arrested on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon last Wednesday around 1 a.m. on Dow Street.

Zeban Joseph Zegarowski, 43, of Salem, was arrested last Tuesday around 7:30 p.m. on charges of possession of a class B drug with intent to distribute on Osgood Street.

A man walked into the police station to report a sandwich coming out of an ATM after he put his card in it last Wednesday around 4 a.m. He also told police the machine told him to "call the president." Officers found the man was extremely intoxicated.

Brandy E. Espinal, 25, of Lynn, and Cynthia L. Musanda, 25, of Lynn, were arrested on charges of assault and battery, and disorderly conduct on Saturday around 1 a.m. after a report of a fight on Essex Street.

Kevin Garceau, 51, of Salem, was arrested on charges of assault and battery, and indecent assault and battery on someone 14 or older, around 11 p.m. on Sunday on Bridge Street.

Susan E. Loyte, 51, of Salem, was arrested on charges of resisting arrest and disturbing the peace on Tuesday, Feb. 14, on Essex Street.

Sarah Anne McCarthy, 39, of Beverly, was arrested on charges of furnishing a false name or Social Security Number, driving with a suspended license, and possession of a class B drug after a traffic stop on Wednesday, Feb. 15, near Bridge and Washington streets.

Joseph A. Calderon, 28, of Salem, was arrested on charges of violating a harassment prevention order and disturbing the peace after a noise complaint on Thursday, Feb. 16, around 1 a.m. on Cherry Street.

Dawn M. Keith, 47, of Salem, was arrested on charges of assault and battery on a police officer on Lafayette Street on Thursday, Feb. 16., after an animal control report around 7 p.m.

Marvin Cesar Lambert, 27, of Salem, was arrested on charges of disturbing the peace after a report of a fight on Ward Street on Sunday, Feb. 19, around 4:30 a.m.

Frank Reynaldo Mejia, 22, of Peabody, was arrested on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, marked lanes violation, failing to stop or yield, speeding, and negligent driving on Feb. 19, around 4 a.m. on Jefferson Avenue.

Anthony Geraldo Rivera, 20, of Salem, was arrested on charges of assault and battery, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on Feb. 18, around 1:45 a.m.

Jonathan David Vaillant, 19, of Salem, was arrested on charges of assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, and disturbing the peace after a report of a fight on Ward Street on Feb. 19 around 1 a.m.

Phillip Andrew Leblanc, 37, of Lynn, was arrested on a warrant and possession of a class A drug on Feb. 19, around 7 p.m. on Boston Street.
