Going 46 mph in a 25 mph zone, a phone scam, and more from the Salem Police log.

A driver in a black Jeep passed a marked police cruiser in a 25 mph zone on Washington Street going 46 mph. The driver was stopped, and found to have a revoked license.
Luis Braude, 28, of Salem was arrested on charges of failing to driving within the lanes, failing to stop/yield, unlicensed driving, speeding, reckless driving, and refusing to identify himself last Wednesday around noon.
Kyle Kenneth Harris-Dolan, 25, of an unlisted address, was arrested on charges of malicious destruction of property last Wednesday.

Alicia Marie Grandmaison, 28, of Salem, was arrested on a warrant and charges of possession of a class A drug on Wednesday.
Smerling Delosantos, 28, of Peabody, was arrested on charges of a warrant and distribution of a class B substance on Thursday.

Officers responded to Cherry Hill Avenue on a report of harassment over the phone on Thursday around 4:30 p.m. Police found that it was a scam, in which a woman left a voicemail claiming a pending lawsuit.
Brailin Josias Severino, 33, of Lynn, was arrested on charges of failing to drive within marked lanes, and drunken driving on Friday after a traffic stop at Loring and Jefferson avenues around 1 a.m.
David Manuel Fragoza, 31, of Salem, was arrested on charges of malicious destruction of property, breaking and entering into a vehicle, possession of a burglarious instrument, possession of a class B drug, and possession of a class E drug on Saturday around 4:30 a.m. after a report of someone breaking into a car on Lafayette Street.
Marvin Cruz Perez Marroquin, 22, of Lynn, was arrested on charges of failing to stop/yield, and unlicensed driving on Saturday after a traffic stop on Highland Avenue around 4:30 p.m.
Police responded to Mason Street on Saturday evening on a report of a suspicious man in a vehicle. Officers found the man was waiting for his son to arrive so they could move a refrigerator together.
