Violating DPW Rules; Attempt to Defraud: Salem Arrests

Tuesday, April 5

Kyle K. Almquist, 20, of Bryant Street in Salem was arrested on a warrant.

Victoriano Matias, 48, of Franklin Street in Lynn was arrested and charged with violating DPW rules, operating a motor vehicle with license revoked as a habitual traffic offender, and on a warrant.

Amy Marie Rosario, 32, of Margin Street in Salem was arrested on a warrant.

Wednesday, April 6

Daniel I. Figueroa, 21, of Revere Street in Revere was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a fraudulent sales slip with intent to defraud and attempt to commit a crime.

Jamie Allison Young, 22, of Phillips Street in Salem was arrested on a warrant.
