Salem residents contributed $14,781.59 to the short-lived presidential campaign of U.S. Rep. Seth Moulton, a Salem resident.

SALEM, MA — U.S. Rep. Seth Moulton's presidential campaign may have been short-lived, but it was long enough for Salem residents to contribute three times as much to his campaign than to the campaign of any other president running for president in 2020. Moulton, a Salem resident, received $14,781.59 in contributions for Salem residents for his presidential campaign between Jan. 1 and Sept. 30. The next closest candidate was Sen. Elizabeth Warren, who raised $4,606.60 from Salem residents, according to Federal Election Commission data.

Noticeably absent from the list of presidential candidates receiving campaign contributions was former Vice President Joe Biden.
