Fall River Man Killed In Freetown Crash Identified
The victim of a fatal car crash on Route 24 in Freetown early Tuesday morning has been identified by Massachusetts State Police.

FREETOWN, MA — Police have released the name of the man from Fall River who died after a crash Tuesday.
Massachusetts State Troopers responded to a report of a car that went off the road on Route 24 in Freetown shortly after 3:10 a.m. Tuesday morning.
Robert St. Ours, 49, of Fall River was pulled from the Toyota Camry and taken to St. Luke's Hospital, but did not survive his injuries, police say.

An initial investigation from state troopers indicates that St. Ours was driving the 2010 Toyota Camry northbound on Route 24 when the car exited on the right side of the street, striking a tree.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation by Troop D of the Massachusetts State Police with assistance from the State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Section, the State Police Crime Scene Services Section and Bristol detective unit.
