Fall River-Rhode Island Cocaine Raid: Police

FALL RIVER, MA — A Fall River man was arrested Friday on cocaine and oxycodone trafficking charges, police said. Adam Silvia, 40, was taken into custody during an early morning raid in Fall River conducted by Fall River and Newport, Rhode Island, police.

Silvia was found with 60 grams of cocaine, 26 grams of oxycodone, 6 ounces of marijuana and $2,100 in suspected drug profits, police said.

The raid was conducted at about 6 a.m. and Silvia was arrested as he drove away in a vehicle, police said.
