Seekonk Police: Snow Prints Lead To Car Break-in Arrest
Seekonk police said Michael Maksou was arrested after officers followed his snow prints.

SEEKONK, MA — Seekonk police said snow prints led officers to a car break-in suspect last week. Michael Maksou, 21, of North Reading, was arrested Tuesday and charged with two counts of breaking into a vehicle.
Seekonk police Chief Craig Mace said on Tuesday at about 5:30 a.m., officers were called to Coleman Street for a report of a car break-in. The officers saw footprints in the snow, which led them to multiple cars and then a Valero gas station, Mace said. There, officers found Maksou in dark clothing and soaking wet, Mace said. Maksou was subsequently arrested.
Maksou was held pending an arraignment in Taunton District Court.
