Seekonk police said Eduardo Villagran exposed himself to a group of girls at the town's Target store.

SEEKONK, MA — Seekonk police this week arrested a man accused of exposing himself to a group of girls at the town's Target store in March. Eduardo Villagran, 39, of Central Falls, Rhode Island, was charged with three counts of open and gross lewdness. He was arrested Monday after East Providence police recognized him based on a description provided by Seekonk police.

The flashing incident happened March 20, according to Seekonk police Chief Craig Mace.

"The teens reported that while in the Target ... they noticed a man who appeared to be watching them from a distance," Mace said in a statement. "The teens became leery of the man and went to a register to check out. They noticed the man still watching them."
