Alleged Robber Shows Knife, Demands Cash At Walgreen's
Police are looking to identify a man they say robbed a local convenience store with a knife.
SHREWSBURY, MAâShrewsbury police are seeking the public's help in identifying a man who allegedly robbed a Walgreen's with a knife.
The robbery occurred on Sunday, Dec. 3, at 4:16 pm. at the pharmacy on Route 9 in Shrewsbury, where the lone suspect approached the cashier and demanded cash while also showing a knife. The clerk forked over some cash and the suspect fled on foot.
A search proved futile. The suspect (pictured) is described as a white male, approximately 30 years of age, with a beard, wearing blue jeans, work boots, a dark colored hooded sweatshirt with âAmerican Eagleâ written on the front and a black winter hat.
