11:51 a.m.: Dispute reported, 47 Maple Ave.

12:42 p.m.: Shoplifting reported, 731 Boston Turnpike

2:51 p.m.: Dispute at 889 Boston Turnpike. Customer wouldn't leave after credit card was declined.

7:24 p.m.: Animal complaint, 299 West Boylston St. Person reports two foxes in her back yard.

May 10

6:03 a.m.: Larceny reported, 10 Florence St.

8:01 a.m.: Identity theft, 106 Maple Ave.

10:03 a.m.: Illegal dumping, 1 Audubon Drive

10:44 a.m.: Identity theft, 106 Maple Ave.

11:04 a.m.: Suicide attempt, Browning Road

6:50 p.m.: Missing teenager reported, 604 Main St.

9:18 p.m.: Car pulled over for marked lanes violation. David John Dunkerly, 57, Hartford Turnpike, Shrewsbury, was arrested on a warrant

10:01 p.m.: Darren P. Auger, 49, Powhatton, Putnam, CT, was arrested for attaching a number plate to conceal ID

May 11

2:03 a.m.: Police responded to a medical call at 307 Hartford Turnpike. Michael J. Malette, 32, homeless, was arrested on a warrant

12:26 p.m.: Identity theft reported, 11 Dartmoor Drive

1:36 p.m.: Vandalism reported, 193 Boston Turnpike

5:26 p.m.: Larceny reported at QDOBA

7:25 p.m.: Suspicious person reported at 151 Hartford Turnpike. Derek Ismael Reyes, 41, Pleasant Road, Leicester, was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, trafficking Class B substance, possession of Class D with intent to distribute, unregistered vehicle, unlicensed operation of MV, assault and battery on a public employee

9:02 p.m.: Lake incident. 1 male in the water (Lake Quinsigamond), transported to UMass

May 12

5:50 p.m.: Dispute reported, 98 Boston Turnpike

May 13

3:31 a.m.: Vandalism reported, 20 Elm St. Resident reports his vehicle had the window smashed.

10:37 p.m.: Christopher D. Boudr, 30, Garnet Street, Worcester, was arrested and charged with interfering with a police officer

10:43 p.m.: Jonathan Paul Rollins, 38, Dewey Street, Worcester, was arrested on a warrant
