Drivers Needed To Deliver Meals On Wheels To Local Seniors
There is compensation available for volunteers who help deliver food to seniors who might have trouble accessing meals.

SHREWSBURY, MA — If you own a car and have a little free time, you could make a big difference in the lives of local senior citizens.
The Shrewsbury Senior Center has put out the call for volunteer drivers to deliver food to seniors as part of the Meals on Wheels program. The program "urgently" needs volunteers.
“Meals on Wheels drivers are vital to Shrewsbury seniors, delivering nutritious meals to those who struggle with food access. They not only ensure proper nutrition but also provide social interaction, enhancing seniors’ well-being,” the senior center said.
