Shrewsbury's newest police chief, Kevin Anderson, didn't even get one full day in his new position before he tested positive for the coronavirus. In fact, Anderson didn't even get to his swearing in ceremony before he was notified that he tested COVID-19 positive.
The new chief hasn't displayed any symptoms but is using the moment as a lesson to residents to take precautions no matter where they are.
