Jewelry Store Parking Lot Checked for Suspicious Vehicles

Wednesday, March 6

11:52 a.m.: One person was taken to UMass Medical Center after a two-car crash on Dewey Road at Boston Turnpike.

1:51 p.m.: Officers responded to a report of a drunk male outside of the Worcester City Motel. The male and others were waiting for a cab.

8:21 p.m.: A caller from Sachs Jewelers requested an officer to check the parking lot. Suspicious people and vehicles have been seen in the area.

Thursday, March 7

10:24a.m.: A caller from Hancock Street reported that someone was stealing her mail.

Friday, March 8

12:29 a.m.: Two vehicles were towed after a crash on Boylston Street at Route 290. No injuries were reported.

2:41 p.m.: An officer from the Shrewsbury Police Department checked a resident of Estabrook Road after a caller reported she was yelling while starting a snow blower.

Saturday, March 9

12:13 a.m.: An officer assisted the Shrewsbury Fire Department with a barn fire on Main Street.
