SHREWSBURY, MA — There's a new spot for family fun in town.

Shrewsbury announced the completion of a new, accessible mini-park at the Maple Ave Recreation Area. The park, at 176 Maple Ave., features multiple trees, a picnic table and mats.

The park started when residents donated a tree, according to the town.
