Town Of Shrewsbury: Important Message From The Water & Sewer Division - Water Main Break On Cottage Avenue

The Water and Sewer Division is currently responding to a water main break at the end of Cottage Avenue. Crews are working to isolate the impacted section of water main, and will then begin making the repairs. We expect the water to be off for 6-8 hours at 67 North Quinsigamond Avenue and on Cottage Avenue, Lakeside Path, Althea Path, and Grove Ridge Path . Residents in the vicinity of the impacted area may have discolored water due to the interruption in water service. If you experience discolored water once service has been restored, please run the cold water in an outside faucet, or downstairs bathtub until it clears.
