Town Of Shrewsbury: Important Notice From The Water & Sewer Division - Flow Testing On 11/18

November 17, 2021

On Thursday, November 18, 2021, at approximately 1:00PM, distribution system flow testing will be conducted near 106 Maple Avenue, the site of the new police station. This testing is necessary to gather important water flow data needed to design the fire suppression system for the new police station and is expected to be completed in under one hour. Please refer to the attached map for more information. 

During the test, residents in the immediate and adjacent areas may experience brief periods of reduced pressure or discolored water. If you experience discolored water once the test is complete, please run the cold water in an outside faucet or a downstairs bathtub until it clears.
