Boston Marathon Bomber Guilty in Death of Sean Collier
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has been found guilty of all 30 counts.

The verdict is in and admitted Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has been found guilty of all 30 counts, including being responsible for the death of Wilmington native and Somerville Police Officer Sean Collier. He is also guilty in the deaths of Krystle Campbell, Lingzi Lu and Martin Richard.
Next week the trial will move to the death penalty phase.

Collier was killed four days after the Boston Marathon bombings when he was ambushed in his police cruiser by two men who were the center of the manhunt that terrorized the state and the region, killing four and injuring more than 170 others.
Back in March, Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan announced Tsarnaev will face criminal charges in the murder Sean Collier.

“Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has been indicted by a Middlesex County Grand Jury for the murder of Sean Collier and we intend to move forward with criminal charges against Tsarnaev after the current federal trial is completed,” said District Attorney Ryan in a statement. “In addition, the investigation remains active into the incident which occurred on Laurel Street in Watertown on Friday, April 19. The written investigatory report concerning the Laurel Street incident is anticipated to be completed within two months.”
The Middlesex District Attorney’s Office has jurisdiction concerning the investigation into the April 19, 2013 incident in Watertown on Laurel Street during which law enforcement officers attempted to apprehend Tamerlan Tsarnaev and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
