1) Intersection of Bikes and Art
Part of the Somerville Salon Series, the Somerville Arts Council website describes the event like this: "Skunk, Against the Grind, and Bikeyface will lead us on a wheeling adventure that intersects comics, robots, road culture, documentary filmmaking, lasers, blogging, choppers and more." It's at 7:30 p.m. at The Center for Arts at the Armory.
2) Somerville Architecture Firm Gets New Designer
Arrowstreet, an architecture firm based near Davis Square, has hired a new director of interior design, according to an email from Arrowsteet. Meghan Perlow has worked on projects ranging from the Center for Executive Education at Babson College, the New Frontier Housing on Long Island and Starbucks cafes, the email says.
3) Music from the early 18th century, when Northern Europe was hungry for anything Italian. It's at Granoff Music Center at Tufts University at 8 p.m.
