Students in third grade to eighth grade will compete in the track meet, which begins at 6 p.m. at Dilboy Stadium.
2) Healey School Talent Show
An Evening of Stars–The Healey School 2013 Talent Show, takes place from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the school.
3) Healey School Gets Lowes Grant
In other Healey School news, Lowes recently awarded the school a $5,000 Lowes Toolbox for Education grant to help pay for a garden tool shed, shade sails for the playground and natural science equipment, according to an announcement from Somerville Public Schools.

4) Middlesex Federal Savings Scholarships
Middlesex Federal Savings recently awarded $4,000 in scholarships to Somerville High School seniors at the high school's scholarship awards night, according to an announcement from the bank. Awards went to Tenzin Chokki, attending Tufts University, Alfa Lama, attending University of Massachusetts Amherst, Dipak Lamsal, attending University of Massachusetts Amherst, and Devin Splaine, attending New York University, according to the announcement.
