Fall Job Fair
More than 30 companies in a variety of industries will be at the job fair, which takes place Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Holiday Inn, 30 Washington St.

A Primer on Asiatic Lady's Slipper Orchids
Brian Leib, plant growth facility manager at Harvard University's Weld Hill Research Building at the Arnold Arboretum, will talk about Asiatic Lady's Slipper Orchids. It's sponsored by the Somerville Garden Club and is free and open to the public. It's Wednesday at 7 p.m. at 167 Holland St. near Davis Square.
