Police Booking Log: Man Drinking Natty Ice Gets Pepper Sprayed at Twin City Plaza

Arrests made by the Somerville Police Department from Dec. 31, 2012 to Jan. 7, 2013. Please remember that the charges listed below do not indicate a conviction.
Assault and battery
On Jan. 5, Derin Harvey, 20, of 13 Sewall St., was arrested at that address and charged with assault and battery.
Larceny and theft
On Jan. 4, Anthony Huguley, 24, of 37 Sydney St., was arrested at that address and charged with armed robbery.

On Jan. 6, Jayson Hebert, 38, of Everett, was arrested at 400 Somerville Ave. and charged with shoplifting and resisting arrest. He was also arrested on a warrant for shoplifting. Hebert is accused of shoplifting steak strips from Market Basket.
Operating under the influence
On Dec. 31, Edward Chambliss, 45, of Malden, was arrested on Mystic Avenue and charged with possessing an open container and driving with a suspended license.

Driving without a license
On Jan. 1, Ricardo Mendez, 34, of Malden, was arrested on Delaware Street and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
On Jan. 5, Michael Puntonio, 43, of Medford, was arrested at 13 Wesley St. and charged with driving with a suspended license.
On Jan. 7, Felipe Cersosimo, 29, of Cambridge, was arrested at 180 Somerville Ave. and charged with driving with a suspended license.
Other arrests
On Jan. 3, James Killackey, 29, of Cambridge, was arrested at 14 McGrath Highway and charged with disorderly conduct, threatening to commit crime, resisting arrest and violating an open container law. According to allegations in a police report, a woman called police when she was walking from the Shaws, in Twin City Plaza, to the McDonalds, and Killackey yelled angry swear words at her and said, "Slit your throat." When police arrived, they found Killackey yelling racial epithets at himself and drinking a can of Natural Ice beer, a.k.a. "Natty Ice," the report says. According to the report, Killackey struggled when police tried to speak with him, and officers ultimately used pepper spray on him. However, "the pepper spray had no effect," the report says. He was eventually handcuffed and arrested.
On Jan. 4, Ronald Watson, 27, of 80 River Rd., was arrested at that address and charged with violating an abuse prevention order.
On Jan. 5, Aaron Amando, 21, of Everett, was arrested at 67 Gov. Winthrop Rd., and charged with breaking and entering.
On Jan. 6, Antonio Lacerda, 41, of 77 Grant St., was arrested at 608 Somerville Ave. and charged with disorderly conduct, destruction of property and resisting arrest.
Warrant arrests
On Dec. 31, Anthony Carrington, 30, of Medford, was arrested at 211 Pearl St. on a warrant for threatening to commit crime.
On Jan. 1, Christopher Compoh, 21, of Waltham, was arrested on Mystic Avenue on warrants for driving with a suspended license and speeding.
On Jan. 5, Edward Mahoney, 50, of 29 Minnesota Ave., was arrested at 220 Washington St. on a warrant for armed robbery.
On Jan. 5, Zachary Waters, 29, of 13 Wesley St., was arrested at that address on a warrant for attempting to commit crime.
