Somerville Affordable Housing Lottery: 1 Condo Available

SOMERVILLE, MA — An income-restricted homeownership opportunity is available in Somerville.

Unit 301 at 13 Alpine Street is a two-bedroom condo available to households with a yearly gross income at or below 80 percent of the Area Median Income ($80,850 for a two-person household; $90,950 for a three-person household; $101,105 for a four-person household).

About the Unit: Unit 301 is a two-bedroom unit on the third floor of the new 13 Alpine Street Condominiums. Unit 301 includes a parking space in the onsite parking garage and features hardwood oak flooring, modern kitchen appliances, marble bathroom tile, a Juliet-style balcony, and other modern finishes.
