Ferrera was a regular customer of Thurston Spa and friend to LaFee over the years.He will be holding a grand reopening to celebrate the renovations, updated menu and new hours of operation on Tuesday.Thurston Spa will feature a menu with all-day breakfast items and submarine sandwiches. Delivery service will also be made available to area residents.The new hours of operation will be 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday through Friday. Saturday will be 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. It will be closed on Sundays.Thurston Spa has been a long-standing fixture in the Gilman Square neighborhood for nearly 60 years.
