Man 'Upskirted' Teen Girl In Stoneham Store: Police
A 53-year-old Stoneham man was arrested Monday for allegedly videotaping up a 17-year-old girl's skirt at The Paper Store.
STONEHAM, MA — A 53-year-old Stoneham man was arrested Monday for secretly videotaping up a teenage girl's skirt, police said. Jeffrey Evangelista is charged with secret sexual surveillance for allegedly filming up the 17-year-old's skirt in The Paper Store in June.
The victim's mother told police about the alleged incident June 6, the day she said it happened. She said the man, later identified as Evangelista, followed her daughter and a younger man around the store. He intentionally dropped an item and positioned a cooler bag near the victim's feet, her mother said.
Stoneham police, who worked with Lynnfield police investigating a similar incident, identified Evangelista as the suspect. Police said they found images on his phone that linked him to the incident.
