Arlington

Two Arlington Restaurants Changing Owners: A Mexican restaurant in East Arlington and a Thai one in the center are changing owners. The new owners of Zocalo Cocina Mexicana and Thai Moon went before the Board of Selectmen Monday to apply for new operating and beer and wine licenses. Both restaurants received the licenses in unanimous votes.

Woburn

Woburn Newspaper Deliveryman Arranged on Fraud Charges: A Reading resident who works as a newspaper deliver man in Woburn who is allegedly behind a string of identity fraud, fraud and larceny incidents, including some in Woburn, has been arraigned in district court. 

Middlesex District Attorney Gerry Leone informed the public yesterday that Ikponmwosa Ogiugo, 22, of Reading, has been arraigned in Woburn District Court on charges of identity fraud (12 counts), forgery (23 counts), larceny over $250 (5 counts), and larceny over $250 by check.
