1. "Once a Knight, Always a Knight" #56 T-Shirts
Many Stoughton High students and fans wore black t-shirts with the number "56" on the front and "" written on the back at last Friday's Homecoming football game against Foxborough in memory of Stoughton High senior David Wade who died following a tragic accident on Sept. 29.

If you would like to purchase one of these t-shirts, email SHS senior class co-advisor Tim Norton at t_norton@stoughtonschools.org by this Thursday (Oct. 11).
T-shirts are $5 for size small through XL and are $7 for size XXL.

2. Stoughton High Class of 2015 Fundraiser at Five Guys
The Stoughton High Class of 2015 (current sophomores) will be holding a fundraiser at Five Guys Burgers & Fries at Cobbs Corner in Canton Wednesday, Oct. 10 from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m.
Five Guys will donate 10% of sales to the Class of 2015.
3. Stoughton Special Education Parent Advisory Council Meeting
The Stoughton Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SSEPAC; open to parents of children of all ages) is holding its first regular/business meeting of the 2012-13 school year Wednesday, Oct. 10. The meeting will be held at the Jones School at 6:30 p.m. in the Parent Information Center.
SSEPAC will begin its study of the continuum of special education services by focusing on the district’s mainstreaming/inclusion/resource room programs. The Administrator of Special Education, Heather Tucker, will be there to explain Stoughton special education programming and to answer questions.
4. Brown, Warren Round 3
Massachusetts U.S. Senate Candidates, Republican incumbent Scott Brown and Democrat Party challenger Elizabeth Warren will debate again Wednesday night, Oct. 10.
This third televised debate takes place in Springfield from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. It will not be shown on local Boston area TV stations, but if you are interested in watching the debate, it will be shown on NECN and C-SPAN, according to the website Mass Live.
Polls show this race to remain a "toss-up."
5. Looking Ahead: South Elementary School Pumpkin Patch
The South Elementary School will hold its fall Pumpkin Patch this Sunday, Oct. 14 from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m.
There will be something for everyone at the fair including children’s games, an activity room, a bake sale and cake walk, raffles, auctions, vendor booths and more.
