September 12 9:50 a.m. - During a traffic stop on Central Street, a 25-year-old from Foxborough was issued a summons for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration. 7:00 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Plain Street near West Street, Karen DiStefano, 52, of Stoughton, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense), speeding, operating a motor vehicle that didn't meet RMV safety standards, two counts of possession of a Class B drug, and three counts of possession of a Class E drug. September 13 2:12 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Canton Street, Dvaughn Westwater, 26, of Stoughton, was arrested on a warrant. 4:28 p.m. - A 25-year-old from Lynn on Wyman Street was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and making an improper turn.
