Best Of: Patch Readers Pick Zachary’s as Best Breakfast Spot in Stoughton

slogan says the restaurant has “the best and biggest breakfast in Stoughton, where the coffee is always hot and the conversation plentiful!”

After a week of voting, Stoughton Patch readers agree, having selected Zachary’s, located at 945 Washington Street, as in town.

This poll continued a “Best Of” series that allows readers to vote for their favorite businesses and places in Stoughton.

In what quickly became a two-horse race, Zachary’s held off for the top spot, finishing with 54 percent of the vote. Maxie’s, located at 117 Sharon Street in Cobbs Corner, finished in second place with 42 percent of the vote.

The poll opened Monday morning and closed Friday morning. More than 3,000 votes were cast (3,070 to be exact).

Patrons said they enjoyed the service, portions (and of course the food) at both Zachary’s and Maxie’s in comments posted on the site.
