Looking for a place to go on Valentine's Day? on Pearl Street will have a special opening today for Valentine's Day, with a special Valentine's Day menu, in addition to their regular menu.
Specials include Prime Rib, Surf and Prime, Filet and Lobster Tail, Baked Stuffed 1.5 lb. Lobster, Seafood Karen and Rack of Lamb.
3. Stoughton High Sports
The Stoughton High hockey team takes on rival Canton tonight at 8 p.m.
4. at Stoughton High this Thursday (2/17)
From Principal Matthew Colantonio: "The Pre-Prom Event will include a professional fashion show with Stoughton High School students modeling the latest prom attire for this season. There will be several vendors at the event, and they will be offering BIG discounts on all of the things students might be purchasing for the prom (limos, dresses, tuxes, hair and make-up). These vendors will also be raffling off all sorts of prizes.
The evening will also include a panel discussion for parents, guardians, and students focused on making good decisions on prom night. Yes, the panel discussion will be informative and educational, but the music, fashion, prizes, and discounts will also be lots of fun."
The Pre-Prom Event will be held in the on Thursday, February 17th from 7 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
This is the perfect opportunity for students and their parents to sign the prom contract, which cannot be taken home.
5. Find out more about the "Ride for Strong kids"
On Saturday, February 26, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. the YMCA will be holding its Ride For Strong Kids, a program to help provide financial assistance for YMCA memberships and programs, camp, and after school care to those who are in need in the community.
Click for more details and to download a registration form. Pre-registration is required (by Tuesday, February 22). Each participant is asked to raise at least $100 to spin for one hour. Beginner spinners and non-members are welcome.
