1. Chamber of Commerce Meets
The Stoughton Chamber of Commerce meets at the Texas Road House at the Westgate Mall in Brockton for its February meeting. The luncheon is from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. Safety, security, technology and crime prevention will be the topic of discussion.

The Brandeis Women's group meets at 12:30 p.m. in the Wales French Room; the Teen Advisory Board meets at 4 p.m. in the Wales French Room; and at 6 p.m. the Homework Center is available.

3. Council on Aging/Senior Center events
From 10:45 p.m. until 12:15 p.m. there is a Line Dancing class; at 12 p.m. there is Whist & Pinochle; and from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. there is a Strength Training class. Swedish meatballs will be served for lunch (11:15 a.m.).
4. Dining Tip: 25 cent Chicken Wings at Village Pub
Every afternoon from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. at 1272 Washington Street offers 25 cent chicken wings (any flavor) for dine-in guests.
5. Looking ahead: Open house at Alta at Indian Woods
This Thursday, February 10 from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. there is a Winter Open House at Alta at Indian Woods, 30 Stagecoach Road, in Stoughton. Come and check out this new apartment community in town.
