1. Kindergarten Registration

On Thursday, March 15, registration for Kindergarten will be conducted in all elementary school districts. A child may accompany the parent at the time of registration, but it is not necessary.

The hours for registration are 9-11 a.m. and 1-2 p.m. at your district school.

When you register in March, please bring your child's birth certificate, any official health records that you possess and TWO documents showing proof of residency.  Proof of residency must include a current lease or mortgage payment slip and a current utility bill.

2. West School Spaghetti Dinner

The is hosting their annual 4th grade Spaghetti Dinner fundraiser, Thursday, March 15, from 6-8 p.m. at the West School Cafeteria.

This event funds all the school’s 5th grade activities, yearbook, field day, etc.

3. Thursday is Food Pantry Day in Stoughton

Stoughton resident Peg Carbone continues her effort to curb hunger in Stoughton, personally picking up donations for the food pantries every Thursday.

Here's a note from Peg: "I pick up non perishable food and also household items every Thursday, anywhere in Stoughton and deliver them to the food pantry. Please tell your friends and neighbors. One item, one bag or several, and I will pick them up every Thursday."

4. Converse with a Nurse

Every Thursday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at on the 2nd Floor, meet Stoughton Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) nurses and ask health-related questions and discuss your concerns.

5. Looking Ahead: Party All Night Long Fundraiser

(PANL) is hosting its March Madness Fundraiser on Friday, March 16, 2012, from 7:30 to 11:30 p.m. at Club Luis de Cameos, 76 Porter Street, Stoughton. The event features a Cash Elimination Raffle with the chance to win $3,000 in cash.

Become $3,000 richer and check to see if there are any Elimination Raffle tickets left which will be drawn Friday evening at the March Madness Event. This party benefits Party All Night Long – Stoughton High’s Annual All-Night Lock-In Graduation Party, a safe, drug/alcohol free setting where seniors can celebrate together safely.
