Stoughton Man Dies In R.I. Motorcycle Crash

Police say the man, a 31-year-old, lost control of his motorcycle while on Interstate 95.

PAWTUCKET, R.I. — A Stoughton resident died in a motorcycle crash on Interstate 95 South Sunday morning, according to Rhode Island State Police.

Police say the man, a 31-year-old, lost control of his motorcycle while on the highway near exit 27 in Pawtucket. He was taken to Rhode Island Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The victim has been identified by the Boston Globe as Raymond J. Atnip.
