Stoughton Students Head Back To School: What To Know

School in Stoughton starts back up Sept. 5.

STOUGHTON, MA — It's that time again. School is right around the corner and in all corners of Stoughton, about 3,600 students are getting their last days of vacation in and some are even starting to think about what to wear that first day back at school. When is that? It's Sept. 5 for most students. But there are other questions that pop up along with that big one.

So, as school gets ready to get into full swing here are some important facts:

The First Day of School

  • Grades 1-12: Sept. 5
  • Kindergarten: Sept. 6
  • Preschool: Sept. 11

Early Off Days

The first off day will be Sept. 10 for Rosh Hashanah.

School Committee Schedule
