Stoughton Youth Cheerleading JAMZ All Star Teams Excel at Springtime Classic

Team Dazzle from the Stoughton-based JAMZ All Star Cheerleading program placed third, while Team Jewelz placed second.

JAMZ All Star Cheerleading, a cheerleading program based in Stoughton, recently competed at the Springtime Classic in Westfield, MA.

There were 115 teams that competed at this competition.

took third place in their category.

The JAMZ All Star Dazzle team members are: Desirae Carter, Michelle Doherty, Mckenzie Finnerty, Isabella Hobbs, Olivia Ihenacho, Jocelyn McKenna, Amanda Mellyn, Mikaela Murphy, Alecia Nunes, Jocelyn Purdy, Marina Russo, Arianna Thomas, and Emily Wilson.

This was the first competition for JAMZ All Star Jewelz. Team Jewelz took home a second place trophy.

The JAMZ All Star Jewelz members are: Haley Apathoker, Madison Apathoker, Ava Catorio, Makenzie Desmond, Kate Francis, Cherish Ihenacho, Julia Morrsey, Alexia Thomas, Hailey Tyrrell and Charlize Vieria.

Both teams are coached by Christine Russo, Niecia Nunes and Laura Tyrrell.

JAMZ All Stars is a brand new, all-star cheerleading program new to Stoughton.  It has only been in operation since November of 2011.

JAMZ is owned and operated by Christine Russo, Niecia Nunes, and Aimee Packard – all Stoughton residents.  Practices are held at , Page Street, Stoughton.
