Holiday Village Coming To Sudbury: Gifts, Baby Animals, Food Hall

SUDBURY, MA — A holiday village is coming to Sudbury this winter season.

Sudbury Holiday Village on Dec. 6 will feature folk art from around the world. There will be a gift market, baby animals and a food hall.

The holiday village will have distinct presentations and activities. Here's a schedule for the events:

• 11:15 a.m. Mithila/Madhubani (India)
• 12:15 p.m. Pysanky (Ukraine)
• 12:15 p.m. Watercolor and Calligraphy (China)
• 1:15 p.m. Bark Basketry (America)
• 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Origami Workshop (in the Art Room)
• 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Storytelling (in the Fireplace Room)
• 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Hands-on Activities (in the Art Room)

The event will take place at the Fairbank Community Center, at 40 Fairbank Rd., and kicks off at 11 a.m.
