Northborough Police Warn of Rash of Car Breaks
Lock your cars, and don't leave any valuables in them.

NORTHBOROUGH, MA—Northborough police are warning the town of a rash of car breaks and attempted car breaks that have occurred recently in town.
The areas targeted so far include Fernbrook Road, Northgate, Pleasant Street and Chestnut Hill Road. All vehicles entered have been unlocked. Police determined that the attempted break-ins didn't occur because the doors were locked, with footprints in the snow leading from unlocked and entered cars to locked cars.
Police are reminding residents to not leave valuables in your vehicle, particularly cash, wallets, purses, house keys, tablets or other items of value. Also, report suspicious activity at once.
