Sudbury Weekend Forecast: High Heat, Humidity

SUDBURY, MA — If you haven't installed your air conditioners yet, you might want to do it now.

It'll be an uncomfortably hot and humid weekend across the region, with temperatures heading up toward 90 on both weekend days. This will be the hottest it has been this month — especially compared to last weekend, when temperatures dropped into the 50s on Saturday with wind.

"High pressure in control, but builds further offshore this weekend. This will bring increasing temps and uncomfortable humidity levels this weekend," the National Weather Service said in a tweet describing the changeover.

Friday Night: Patchy fog after 2am. Otherwise, partly cloudy, with a low around 60. Light and variable wind.

Saturday: Patchy fog before 7am. Otherwise, sunny, with a high near 90. Light northwest wind.

Saturday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 66. Light and variable wind.

Sunday: Sunny, with a high near 90. Calm wind becoming south 5 to 8 mph in the morning.

Sunday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 66. Southwest wind 7 to 9 mph.
