Cars Doing Doughnuts and a Suspicious Flashlight

At 1:41 p.m., a scam caller claiming to be with National Grid attempted to get money from the victim.

At 9:11 p.m., cars were reportedly “doing doughnuts” in the rear lot of Kid’s Cove.
