At 2:01 a.m., Swampscott police met up with Salem police to return a street sign from that town.

At 5:03 a.m., a caller reported that a man was checking the doors of cars parked along Macarthur Circle.

At 9:53 a.m, a caller reported that dog owners weren’t cleaning up after their dogs that were playing on the middle school tennis courts.

At 5:29 p.m., Russell Barrett, 55, of Saugus, was arrested and charged with operating on a suspended license (subsequent offense).
