Tuesday, Dec. 1

At 9:24 a.m., Joseph Earner, 53, of Lynn, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop. Earner was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle/trailer and operating with a suspended registration.

At 10 a.m., a report came in of two landscape companies’ employees arguing in the street.

At 3:12 p.m., a caller said a person claiming to be a Verizon solicitor was in the area; Verizon was not registered to be in the area. Police were unable to locate anyone matching the description.

At 6:47 p.m., a woman reported that a neighbor had yelled at her kids.
