Man 'Doesn't Look Too Healthy,' Homeless Man Behind a Dumpster and A Sick Cat

At 5:14 a.m., a caller reported that a man who “doesn’t look to healthy” was walking in the road on Essex Street.

At 4:41 p.m., a caller reported that a man was at her residence asking to do a survey for the CDC and she thought it was suspicious. The man checked out.

At 5 p.m., the fire department broke into a vehicle in which a child was locked.

At 6:12 p.m., a caller reported a sick cat.

At 7:24 p.m., a woman reported that her teenage son was outside banging on the door and not listening to her.

At 8:29 p.m., a landlord reported that a homeless man had possibly taken up residence behind a dumpster on New Ocean Street. The man was gone on the officer’s arrival.
