Man Swears At, Pushes Past Mail Carrier Who Won't Let Him in Building

At 12:12 a.m., a woman reported her car had just been egged on Elwin Street.

At 1:26 a.m., an office came upon a car with a door open. The owner was contacted. All appeared to be in order.

At 10:59 a.m., an injured hawk was reported.

At 2:35 p.m., a mail carrier reported that she was in the lobby of a building on Paradise Road when a man approached the locked lobby door and insisted she let him in as he lived there. She told him she couldn’t do that and he swore at her and managed to pull the door open. The carrier requested police check the area.

At 3:01 p.m., a woman reported that a man had walked into her home, locked himself in the bathroom. It turned out the woman’s son had come home without her knowledge.

At 8:46 p.m., police arrested Joel Sanchez, 28, of Lynn on a warrant for failure to return leased property.
